Mumbai: TRS worker K Srikanth Chary (KSC) passed away on the intervening night of December 3 and 4.

He set himself on fire on November 29 when TRS chief K Chandrasekhara Rao was taken into custody, said a souce, adding that he was 24.

Immediately after KCR's arrest, he was admitted to the corporate hospital. As his condition was critical, he was shifted to Osmania Hospital where his condition deteriorated and he was again shifted to the Apollo Hospitals at DMRL.

Since then he was undergoing treatment. He was announced dead at around 11.30 pm.

He was a resident of Nalgonda. Presently, he was doing a course in physiotherapy. His local resident was in Chaitanyapuri.

He was an office bearer of L B Nagar TRS youth wing. He was holding the post from last one year.
